Talking with struggling homeowners has become a normal part of daily business. It's still hard to keep up with what's going on with changes in legislature and with banks. Come meet and talk with our panelists who are immersed daily in this still growing segment of the market.

  • Are you curious about the short sale environment today? Which banks are cooperating and which ones are more challenging? What happens when a loan has been sold to a collections agency?
  • Loan Modification information... we don't do them as REALTORS. But don't you think it would be wise to know a little about them?
  • All of our homeowners want to know how their credit is going to be affected. Missing payments, after a short sale, after a foreclosure... Hannah will tell you. She will answer questions on consumer credit and debt and explain how homeowners can protect their credit profile through the short sale process. She will also cite examples of how homeowners can return to home ownership six months after a successful short sale.
  • We advise our clients to seek legal advice all the time. An attoney's perspective is always enlightening for your business. What is Len seeing come across his desk these days?
